<image:caption>We all love a good story. We are hard wired for it. Like getting lost in a movie, falling in love with a book, or binge watching a show because you just can’t wait to see what will unfold next. It’s how we connect and create. We make meaning of our lives through the stories we live out with each other. Every experience and interaction influences how we see ourselves and the world. We measure ourselves and others by the stories we hear and tell. And those stories become our reality. But what if you don’t like that story? What if it feels like it’s not right anymore, went sideways, or simply doesn’t fit? Maybe you dream of being the hero of your story but you just feel trapped by it instead. Maybe you feel lost, full of doubt, or tuned out from the things that used to matter. Or maybe it seems like others don’t notice that you feel sad, lost, worried, or unsatisfied on the inside. If you have been feeling stuck or lost in a story where you don’t measure up; or trapped by a story that limits the possibility of a better life - therapy can help. I want to help you learn to embrace being an expert in your own life. You can stop letting life write your story for you. You can learn to live out a story filled with possibility, change, and healing.</image:caption>
